  1. Sounds like a fun book to read! Im still reading Authentically Izzy and really enjoying it. Here is a first line from DANGEROUS BEAUTY by Melissa Koslin. I just started this book and it’s really good, but intense. “She ran. She’d finally orchestrated an opportunity, and she’d run. Twigs snapped under her bare feet. She hardly felt the pain. It was the sound that rattled through her. They’ll hear. They’ll find me. “

  2. My book this week is Authentically Izzy by Pepper Basham:
    Prologue
    Dear readers,
    This is a cautionary tale.
A tale of family, literary classics, podiatry, matchmaking, Shakespeare, and distance.

  3. I don’t read much rom-com, but every once and awhile I like to try one. This looks cute. I’m starting the novella collection Targeted, and the first line is from “On the Run” by Lynette Eason: “Daria Nevsky slammed the door of her Ford F-150 truck and tucked her jacket under her chin to ward off the chill of the November wind.” Have a great week!
