2023 Reading Challenge Review #5

The goal this month for the 2023 Reading Challenge hosted by Jessica Baker from A Baker’s Perspective was to read a book with a one-word title, so I chose to read Fraser by Susan May Warren.

The goal for the Posse Reading Challenge hosted by popular author Karen Witemeyer was to read a book where the hero/heroine is a medical professional. I originally wanted to read Life Flight by Lynette Eason, but after reading Fraser I wanted to escape into a historical romance instead of another contemporary suspense so I chose A Reluctant Bride by Jody Hedlund instead.

About the Book

My Review

I LOVED this story. If you have not yet read it, you have to add it to your TBR pile immediately. So, so good!

About the Book

My Review

This story is AMAZING! It is definitely one of my top-ten reads for 2023. Again, if you have not yet read this book you have to soon. This is not one you want to miss.

What book goals did you successfully accomplish this month?

  1. I met my goal for May already and I am working on June’s goal. The summer is a difficult time for me to read a lot because we generally visit family (grandchildren!) and I want to dedicate my time to them. So, if I can get a little ahead before we go out of town, that’s all to the good.

      1. LOL, thanks! I did, and only because I made myself read the books at the beginning of the month (which I had already forgotten!). If I had left it toward the middle of the month, it would not have happened!
