2024 Reading Challenge #1

I’m so excited to participate in more reading challenges this year. I look forward to purposeful, focused reading. This year, I will take part in two reading challenges: the CFG Reading Challenge and author Karen Witemeyer’s Posse Reading Challenge 2024.

For the CFG Reading Challenge, I need to read a book published in 2023 that I wasn’t able to get to. There were quite a few books that I wanted to read in 2023, but just couldn’t for one reason or another. I’ve narrowed my options down to The Earl Next Door by Ashtyn Newbold. Doesn’t it look like such a cute read?!

For the Posse Reading Challenge I need to read a book with a number in the title, so I will read Holiday Honeymoon for One by Jennifer Peel. It sounds like a super cute RomCom.

  1. I’ll do the American Christian Fiction Writers (ACFW) book this month, Priscilla: Paper Dolls by Kara Hunt, and I have an ARC by a debut author, A Bird Alone by Ericka Clay. Otherwise, I’m just reading whatever’s on my TBR. More and more, I’m turning into a mood reader!

    1. I’m totally turning into a mood reader, but I think it’s a good thing cause I’m really getting through my TBR. Well, I’m getting through it better than I ever have in the past. I don’t know if I’ll ever get to all the books on my TBR.
I hope you enjoy your books. 😀

  2. Wow! I just finished a book I didn’t get to in 2023. The Year of Goodbyes and Hellos by Kelly Irvin.
And a book with a number is Double Take by Lynette Eason.

  3. I really want to join your challenge, and I’m doing the 24 in 24 backlist challenge. For that I read Of Fire and Ash. I’ll have to peek at what I want to read for your challenge 🙂

PS – can you send me the graphic for yours pretty please!
