Welcome to Top Ten Tuesday!
hosted by The Artsy Reader Girl
Welcome to another Top Ten Tuesday post. This week’s topic is 2023 Debut Books I’m Excited About. I must admit that this topic instantly stressed me out. I don’t know how to search books by such a finite category as “debut.” I’m sure there is a way to do so somewhere…Goodreads or Amazon…but I don’t have the time to seek it out. So, I decided that instead of being stressed, I would tweak this topic. So, this post is my list of 2023 Debut-to-Me Authors I am Excited to Read. In essence, this is a list of books releasing in 2023 by authors I have never read before.
- The Weight of Air by Kimberly Duffy (releases 2/7)
- The Vanishing at Castle Moreau by Jaime Jo Wright (releases 4/4)
- Everything is Just Beginning by Erin Bartels (released 1/17)
- The Sound of Light by Sarah Sundin (releases 2/7)
- In This Moment by Gabrielle Meyer (releases 5/2)
- The Woman from Lydia by Angela Hunt (releases 7/10)
- The Long March Home by Marcus Brotherton and Tosca Lee (releases 10/10)
- With Every Memory by Janine Rosche (releases 6/6)
- This is Where it Ends by Cindy Sproles (releases 6/27)
- Beauty Reborn by Elizabeth Lowham (releases 5/9)

I posted this topic last week, new to me authors I wanted to read this year. This topic stressed me for the same reason as you, I have no idea of debut authors or how to figure it out, LOL! So, I am posting my February TTBR and we share some books in common 😉

I’m not cool enough to know when brand new writers are publishing their first books. LOL!

I am considering reading THE LONG MARCH HOME. I discover new to me authors frequently. I just can’t read as fast as all of the good ones write.

Yes! Me too. It seems like authors are writing and producing novels at the speed of light now. It’s so hard to keep up.
