I love Jesus, my husband, and my daughter. I love reading and reviewing Christian fiction. And, I am a high school English teacher trying to get kids to fall in love with reading every day!

  1. I have heard SO much about this book that I finally checked it out of the library and hope to get to it over the next few weeks. I NEVER read science fiction, so we will see ๐Ÿ™‚ Spreading my wings a little bit.
My first line is โ€œNo sooner did the last notes of the closing hymn, โ€œPrecious Name,โ€ fade after the Sunday service than Emma Draycott allowed Stephen to pull her behind the Methodist church building.โ€ Itโ€™s from The Scarlet Pen by Jennifer Uhlarik.

  2. Come Back to Me was soooo great!

My first line for July 2 is from The Chase by Lisa Harris:
Madison James burned through the final sixty seconds of her workout on the stationary bike, then released a slow breath.
